We want to give our customers complete peace of mind when purchasing our jewelry. That's why we've introduced the 1 Year + Warranty , which allows you to extend the initial one-year warranty to a full two years for free by registering via the form below.
How does the warranty work?
All our jewelry is guaranteed for 1 year from the date of purchase upon presentation of proof of purchase*. By registering for our program, you benefit from a free warranty extension of one additional year , for a total of 2 years of warranty .
Exceptions:
- More fragile items such as colored pompoms and cords have a 3 month warranty.
I purchased my jewelry through our site or at an event:
We invite you to contact our Customer Service by email: contact.equestrian@gmail.com with your proof of purchase* and a photo of the damaged jewel. We will take care of the return of the product, taking care of the shipping and return costs, whether the jewel is repaired or exchanged.
Support process:
Under warranty, support is free . If the jewelry is no longer under warranty but can be repaired, we will send you a quote for the repair and shipping costs. We will do our best to offer you a fair price and find a suitable solution.
We do not have a physical store, but we are present at events and provide a full online service. Your satisfaction is our priority and we do everything we can to quickly resolve any problem with your jewelry.
As soon as you notice a fragility or a problem with one of your jewels, do not hesitate to contact us as soon as possible so that we can remedy it quickly.
* Proof of purchase : This may be an order confirmation email, a bank statement, or the first and last name of the person who made the online purchase.
